After completing his Master’s Degree in Business Law and Taxation from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris), Antoine gained over 25 years of legal experience as a Fully Qualified Attorney admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.

He has been involved in the Fund Industry since 1993 and started his career on UCITS, followed by UCI, AIF, RAIF, SIF, SICAR and unregulated partnerships dealing with setting-up, following-up, reorganisation, contact with the regulatory body, etc. from a custodian side and a consultant side up to now.

Banking and corporate laws, as well as contractual techniques and engineering, are also main focuses of his practise. He has also recent experience in the listing process of a client company which has been followed by VERA in all its aspect.
