Antoine is an expert in the management of the legal transactions of holding and business companies (incorporations, statutory changes, restructuring, M&A, liquidations…).

After obtaining a Law Degree from the Université du Droit et de la Santé (France), he pursued a Master’s in European Law and Business at the Université Nancy 2 (France).

At Vera – Corporate & Funds SA, Antoine drafts the legal corporate documentation and coordinates projects with accountants, tax advisers, auditors, lawyers, notaries, banks and foreign offices. He provides support throughout transaction closures, encompassing tasks such as payment processing, budget analysis, and cash flow management.
