Managing Director and General Manager
Filippo is an international tax and corporate law consultant, auditor and chartered accountant with 30 years of experience leading international operations in all main EU jurisdictions as consultant to small, medium and large groups.
After graduating in Economics and Business in Rome he earned a Master’s Degree in International and EU Tax Law from Luiss Business School in Rome.
He has also served as a professor of Economics at the University of Udine for 8 years and was appointed a Member of the Italian National Commission for the Auditor National Exams (Rome 2011).
He joined VERA – Corporate & Funds SA in 2014 as Managing Director and General Manager and he is currently acting as independent board member on several Luxembourg investment funds, securitization vehicles and listed company.
