Hasnat is a qualified UK and Italian Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and Tax Adviser specialised in international tax planning for diverse portfolio of clients including multi-jurisdictional corporate, private and UHNWI.

He has extensive experience in managing multi-jurisdictional tax investigations.

At VERA group, Hasnat oversees the accounting and VAT compliance team’s services, simultaneously managing the outsourcing process for accounting services. He also holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting, and LL.M. in International Business Law and is a member of CIOT.
