After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from the Faculté de Droit, Economie et Gestion in Metz (France), Julie specialized in Business Law with a Master’s degree from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences Economiques et Gestion in Nancy (France).

At Vera – Corporate & Funds SA, Julie drafts the corporate and legal documents, prepares the contracts, agreements and reports, organizes the board meetings, handles the day-to-day formalities and provides assistance in the incorporation of new companies.
