Massimo Raschella has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and has developed strong management skills in handling financial, legal, fiscal, and compliance aspects. Additionally, he has been involved in the wealth planning for international clients, offering valuable tax and VAT advice and proposing efficient structural solutions. He also acts as an independent director in many companies.

In 2011, he became a member of the Tax Department, dealing with various VAT matters and internal VAT training sessions. Since 2012 he has been acting as the Head of Accounting at Vera Corporate & Funds S.A. and was also appointed Daily Manager in 2018.
