Yasemin joined the legal team of Vera – Corporate & Fund S.A. after working 8 years in a well-known company in Luxembourg in various position.

As Junior Corporate Officer, she drafts the corporate and legal documents, organizes the board meetings, handles the day-to-day formalities and provides assistance in the incorporation of new companies. She also manages clients with general aspects of company legislation and liaises with authorities, notaries, lawyers and banks.
